We offer a reliable courier delivery service as part of our premium service package, and the best part is that there are no additional costs for this service within the UK mainland.

In our dedication to maintain the highest service standards, we may apply a modest delivery fee to remote areas to ensure consistent excellence in your experience with Cielo Beds. Our commitment to your satisfaction remains unwavering.

 

Shipping Days and Schedule

We offer delivery between Mon- Fri from 7am-7pm. We do not deliver on bank holidays. We will contact you in advance to arrange a date and time that is suitable for you. 

The delivery timescale we provide you with is just an estimate and not a guarantee. Whilst we try to keep to our delivery timelines as much as possible, but due to delivery locations and certain products as well as other unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather etc. we my deliver outside our agreed upon timeframe.

 

Delivery Timelines 

Our beds can take around 2-3 weeks to be delivered. This includes order, manufacture and delivery within the above timeframe.

Our mattresses can take between 7-10 days. 

This can differ due to delivery location. 

 

Shipping Process

As soon as we receive your order, you will receive an email confirmation to acknowledge that we have received your request. This confirmation ensures that your order has been successfully placed in our system.

Before your order goes into production, we take an extra step to ensure accuracy. Our team will reach out to you via phone to confirm all the order details. This proactive approach allows us to address any potential issues or modifications, providing you with peace of mind that your order will be just as you envisioned it.

Once your order is ready to leave our facilities, we'll send you an email notification to inform you that your items are on their way. This notification includes essential information about the shipment and any tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

We value your time, which is why our chosen delivery company will contact you directly to discuss the delivery date and time that suits your schedule. They will keep you informed throughout the process, ensuring a hassle-free and convenient delivery experience.

After the courier has successfully delivered your order, we'll send you a final email confirmation to let you know that your items have been safely delivered to your specified location. This confirmation ensures that your order has reached you in pristine condition and completes the order fulfillment process. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to keep you informed and delighted at every step of the way.

 

Delivery Locations

We are happy to deliver to anywhere in mainland UK in accordance to the preceding delivery times, however certain remote areas in Scotland and the South West of England will incur an extra cost for delivery as well as a delay time of around 4 weeks. We will discuss this with you upon order.

We do not deliver to Northern Ireland and the Channel islands.

 

Accessing the Delivery Location

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the furniture you have ordered fits in to your home so please take note of the measurements of your purchased order and that it fits in to your room of choice. Also, acknowledge the path the delivery team will take to get there and that it is free of any obstacles. 

If you have any small doorways, staircases etc, please let us know beforehand. 

 

 Things to Remember

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, it's important to have someone available at the property to accept the goods upon arrival. Our delivery team will require a signature confirming that the items are in acceptable condition. This step is crucial to verify that your order has been received in good condition and to your satisfaction. In the rare event that you notice any issues with the delivered goods, please don't hesitate to contact us immediately. Our dedicated customer support team is here to assist you and promptly resolve any concerns you may have.

When it comes to the actual delivery, our courier service will deliver the items to the ground floor of your property. This ensures that your furniture is safely brought to your doorstep for your convenience. However, it's important to note that, from this point, the responsibility for bringing the furniture into your desired room of choice and assembling it lies with you, the customer. We understand that assembling furniture can be a rewarding DIY project, and we provide clear assembly instructions to assist you in this process.
