Refund Policy

Refunds and Returns

We will only accept a return if the item has been damaged or the wrong item has been sent. When you receive your delivery and after unwrapping the product you can visibly see any damage please send us images and if we are satisfied the product is faulty we can arrange a collection. The same goes with if you have been given a mis-shipment.

Once the product has been sent back and is in our warehouse we will issue a full refund. If only a component is damaged or is missing, we can send a free replacement part, just get in touch.

Change of Mind Orders

As soon as an order has been put through, there is a 48-hour window in which a customer can cancel and receive a full refund. After 48 hours, production will have started on the order and any cancellations after will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This is to cover the material and labour costs. 

If a customer changes their mind about an order after it has been made and delivered. We are able to collect but this will incur a collection fee. If the bed has been put up it needs to be repacked in the original packaging and returned in a saleable condition.  

Missed Delivery

If when delivering at the agreed address and timeframe, no-one is at the property to accept the goods. There will be a re-delivery charge. The same applies with a collection.
